House Warming

With the impending GST hike, Miss H has decided to pack her bags and find a new home before it appreciates by 2%. (1.5% after some haggling, even GST also can bargain!)

And what better time to do it than during the wonderfully festive season?
As you can see, my house is quite bare right now but it'll fill up with barang barang soon enuf!

Post X'mas flea market

After the cheery greetings, yummy log cakes *burps* and clinking of glasses, you begin to unwrap the pressies. What lurks beneath the pretty wrappers might jus dampen your holiday spirits a wee bit.

Inspired by 98.7 FM’s Muttons in the Morning – X’mas Flea Market - where you can SMS to swap your crap gift for someone else’s, I’ve decided to compile my own list too.

The ubiquitous champion

… …

..
.
A bolster case! – With UGLY bluish greenish grayish flowery prints.

Coming in a close 2nd – Piece of soap in the shape of a cow. Moo…

3. Towels – A purple towel and 4. a pink towel from Aussino and a 5. towel gift set from Robinsons (The price tag is still on the box - $8.90)

6. Big paper clip with star

7. A few pieces of cream sand biscuits in a very cute paper bag - super deceiving.
This chap actually unpacked the $2 Diaso pack of cream sand biscuits into like 5 packs?
*faints*

8. Tealight in teacup (pun unintended) and saucer – this one wasn’t too bad actually - The base of the saucer says “Made in Italy” and it has nice Reindeer Motifs.

10. Pirated forever friends calender

11. Diaso $2 self assembled small wooden shelf
